froman: Seriously the movie was very good, some people didn not like the fact that bond was going dark. Wich i can understand, this movie was definetly not family oriented. But that is why i like it,this one did not have fariy tale gadgets, it didnt have silly punch lines that wouldn't happen in real life, and the action was not also silly, and you did have to take it seriously. Agian people didnt like that it was so serious, Dont get me wrong i love the old ones, but serously bond has to grow up from all the sillyness. The action scenes were so great and intense, and they were directed so well, and it really did look real. And daniel craig is also one of my favorite bonds(behind roger moore and perice brosman). But watch this movie, the action in it alone is worth going to see it for. And you know the girls in it were so beuatiful, and they both play their roles so well, with all the sexy attitudes, and their beloved russian nationaltiy and great bodies(look good with only a trench coat and high boots on)but actually the movie got away from some traditions. "bond, james bond" was not in the movie neithe was,"martini, shaken not stired",wich i sorta missed. And the beloved gun shot intro was at the end of the movie?,well i guess it is time for new traditons after 21 bond films.(not counting solace )

James.Speed: I've gotta say, I saw this film today, on its first screening on the first day of release (here in Australia) and I was so blown away. It was fantastic. Why American reviews are harsh on it, I cam see, because their CIA are made too look like they are supporting the bad guys. All of the CIA, with the exeption of Felix Leiter, who deserved more screen time in this movie. None the less, Daniel Craig is still a great Bond, and I loved the original gun barrel sequence at the end. Great stuff.

nope.com: It has the action.. but where was the gripping story of Bond? Apparently Martin Campbell packed up the script with his bags because while QoS has all the ingredients of a Bond film, it lacked the story that Casino Royale told in an effort in focusing on 007.
Certainly not Craig's fault as his Bond is still as ruthless and cold blooded as ever, the pacing seemed rushed and it almost ruined the ending when it abruptly came and went.
While it wasn't a terrible film the action isn't the thing that needs tweaking, the writing staff of the next feature should take a good look at why the audience connected with 007 in Casino Royale but felt like a mere spectator in QoS.
