| Tanman32123: This movie was hilarious, No doubt. Very well told story and greats acting from Jamie and Leonardo. The only thing I didnt like was how Extremely unrealistic some on the scenes were.
I know that's how Quintin does his films, But still I was like "Comee onnn!" |

all the trademarks of tarantino movies are here.while they work better in other movies(inglorious basterds was far better and smarter)in this latest tarantino flick they fail miserably.
one of the biggest problems is the casting.Jamie Foxx doesn't fit here.this is a role for someone like denzel washington.Christoph waltz and dicaprio aren't bad but can't save this long and tedious excuse of a western from total failure.

Not 'Tino's Best April 16th, 2013 [5:35:16] | | 5/10 |
| cress: Great performances by Waltz and DiCaprio can't carry an uneven film with a miscast Jamie Foxx.
This is a mediocre film with flashes of Tarantino's brilliance with dialogue. One problem is Tarantino doesn't do enough to make you feel Django would move heaven and earth to find his beloved Broomhilda. Foxx does an even worse job of conveying the proper depth of emotion in that quest. There is no weight behind Foxx's performance. Very odd approach, in my opinion. In KILL BILL, you felt the raw emotion of Beatrix Kiddo to extract her revenge and find her daughter. Here, Tarantino and Foxx fail to deliver that same kind of connection.
Waltz and DiCaprio are truly a joy to watch. Sam Jackson also has some nice scenes. Tom Wopat, Don Johnson, and other character actors pop up, and that's cool to see. It's violent and bloody, which I don't mind, but seemed too over-the-top, even for Tarantino. As a Tarantino fan, I found this to be the first film of his I'll never watch again. Very forgettable, in my opinion. |

| Morbius: Violent, gory, and some of the best acting of the decade.
An engaging plot that keeps you gripped from start to end. Very well told story, and tied for my favourite QT film alongside Pulp.
Would I watch it again? Bitch please, I saw it 3 times in 2 weeks. |
