|Not Funny at All|

NunYoBusiness: First off Kristen Wiig is not funny, never has been never will be. Second this is not the female version of The Hangover. What it is is another attempt to make Wiig a star, the only redeeming quality in this film is Matt Lucas. The film is way to long and the scenes are like an episode of SNL, the kind where it is no longer funny but they keep going just in case someone says something funny or something funny happens. The only thing missing from this film is Joe Piscopo, do yourself a favor don't let your wife drag you to this mess like mine did. It was payback for taking her to see Thor. Hey wait a minute she loved Thor, damn tricked again.
|Funny at times but painful for most of it|

Atemisk: First lets get this out of the way: There are some truly funny parts in the movie. Not a minor chuckle but short of gut busting hilarious.
However, on whole the movie is just bad. Much of the praise for this movie claims that its somehow a step forward for comedies starring women but here's the issue I take with that: the humor is neither clever or witty. And while there is in fact NOTHING wrong with that brand of humor in but were this humor in any other movie, it feels like the humor would just be called "potty humor" and no one would spend the time to sing it praises and certainly no one would call it "a step forward."
The other issue with the movie is that the funny moments are very few and far in between. The movie drags out for its length, and the moments in between the funny moments are PAINFUL. Absolutely physically painful to sit through they're so boring. Its like sitting through a two hour lecture of the most boring thing you can imagine, randomly peppered with funny moments here and there.
Overall, it's not worth the time to sit through the movie just to get to the tiny funny bits. The "stars" are forgettable at best, and the plot will leave you begging for the end to all the dull and ultimately pointless escapades.
