Two Actors Rumored for "Spider-Man 4"Posted: May 28th, 2008 by WorstPreviews.com Staff
|
"Spider-Man 4" scoops are all over the internet these days, and today, we have a casting one. LatinoReview reports that through some of their trusted sources, they have been able to find out two names at the top of the list for the role of Peter Parker/Spider-Man.
Even though no offers have been made (yet), the actor currently rumored to take over for Tobey Maguire is Patrick Fugit, who last starred in "Wristcutters" and had his breakout performance in "Almost Famous."
If Fugit doesn't work out, the studio is also looking at Michael Angarano, who played a superhero in "Sky High" and was recently seen on the big screen with Jackie Chan and Jet Li in "The Forbidden Kingdom." Angarano even auditioned for a role in "Justice League of America."
Whether the studio will go with Fugit, Angarano or someone else, it is looking more and more likely that "Spider-Man 4" and "Spider-Man 5" will be shot simultaneously. Stay tuned.
