Today, we have the first production photos from the upcoming "The Hurt Locker," which stars Ralph Fiennes and Guy Pearce. When the film was first announced, Colin Farrell, Charlize Theron and Willem Dafoe were attached, but have since dropped out.
In the movie, forced to play a dangerous game of cat-and-mouse in the chaos of war in Iraq, an elite Army bomb squad unit must come together in a city where everyone is a potential enemy and every object could be a deadly bomb.
"The Hurt Locker" is directed by Kathryn Bigelow (Point Break, K-19: The Widowmaker) and is currently in post-production after a shoot that took place in Jordan and Kuwait. At this point, the film has no distributor or a release date.
