TimeoutLondon attended the screening of "The Darjeeling Limited" at the Venice Film Festival and had the chance to see the seventeen-minute short that appeared in front of the film.
The name of the short is "Hotel Chevalier," in which, the site reports, is a strong sense of romance and sexuality. Very unlike Wes Anderson. Apparently, in one shot, Jason Schwartzman gently pulls off Natalie Portman's clothes to reveal her naked body from behind, and a later shot has Portman, nude, standing still in a doorway, one foot up against the frame.
There were earlier talks that the short would appear before "The Darjeeling Limited" when it hits theaters as well. That has been dismissed and now it seems that "Hotel Chevalier" will become available online and on the "Darjeeling" DVD.
