A while back we received the poster for "No Country for Old Men," which was to be used for the Cannes Film Festival, now we got our hands on the official poster. Unfortunately, it is not much different than the Cannes one, except for the face of Javier Bardem in the background. Plus it has a cool tagline: "There are no clean getaways."
Set in West Texas in 1980, the story is about a young Vietnam vet who stumbles over the remnants of a drug deal gone bad. He's hunted by two extremely vicious assassins who want the money back. In addition to Bardem, the film stars Woody Harrelson and Tommy Lee Jones.
"No Country for Old Men" is directed by the Coen brothers, the same duo behind the Oscar winning "Fargo." At this point, "Country" is scheduled to hit theaters on November 9th, in limited release.
