According to BeyondHollywood, "Transformers" star Megan Fox has been cast as the lead in the upcoming Michael Bay produced horror flick "Half to Death." The film is helmed by Finnish director Antti Jokinen and written by former comic book writer Scott Lobdell.
The story revolves around a young college freshman named Teresa, who is troubled by when she discovers she is living the same day over and over again, one that starts out innocently enough but always ends with her brutal murder by an unknown attacker.
"Half to Death" is being marketed as "Groundhog Day" meets "Captivity," and is scheduled to begin shooting mid-September for a late 2008 release.
