Download and Share "Sicko"Posted: June 13th, 2007 by WorstPreviews.com Staff

Michael Moore's upcoming documentary "Sicko" will hit theaters on June 29th, but the film has already hit the internet and is available for download. Of course this is not legal, and I'm sure the people at The Weinstein Company are doing their best to stop the spread of the film, which is in amazing quality.
There are many ways to get a copy of a "yet to be released" movie, which does not require sneaking a camera into the theater, and the makers of "Hostel: Part II" learned this the hard way, when their film hit not only the internet, but also the streets.
So, what does Michael Moore think about all this? Apparently, he doesn't mind. "I don't agree with the copyright laws and I don't have a problem with people downloading the movie and sharing it with people," said Moore when asked about pirating. "I make these books and movies and TV shows because I want things to change, so the more people that get to see them the better, so I'm happy when that happens. I think information and art, ideas should be shared."
What a beautiful answer by Moore; he makes movies as a way of informing us about the world we live in. So, how could Moore spread his message in such a way that everyone in America can learn of this important, even possibly life saving, information? The movie theater of course. That's how you spread news and share ideas. Next time the President of the United States needs to speak to the nation, don't do it on TV, do it at the theaters. Sure it might cost $10 dollars to hear this message and requires leaving the house, but that's the price of learning crucial information that might one day save your life.
Moore is so full of crap, it's becoming insulting when he talks big about how much he cares about people and not the money. It is obvious that the studio will never allow for copyright laws to be broken, which puts Moore in the position to say the right thing, knowing that legal sharing of his movie will never happen.

I agree. But I'm still going to watch the movie.
I think it's still a good case for organic and natural remedies as opposed to chemical pharmies you know?

he has to make money somehow, since he spends all his time writing or chasing people down to interrogate them. Good f-ing luck trying to get enough money to make a movie like this without having to go to a company for the necessary funds. And how many companies will just give that money away and not expect a return?

If the president actually ever said anything worth listening to, like, say, THE TRUTH, I would pay to see him in theater if I had to. As it is, Bush never says anything that is in any way educational or revealing about the world or the government he's running. I believe in Michael Moore.
