Sam Raimi Comments on Marvel Rebooting "Spider-Man" Franchise

Sam Raimi Comments on Marvel Rebooting "Spider-Man" FranchiseSubmit Comment
While promoting "Ash vs Evil Dead" at the San Diego Comic-Con, "Spider-Man" director Sam Raimi shared his thoughts on Marvel assisting Sony with the Spider-Man franchise and how he feels about "The Amazing Spider-Man" films.

"I saw [both 'The Amazing Spider-Man' movies], they're great," he said. "And I'm really glad that Marvel is taking it to high school [in the reboot]. I think that's gonna be refreshing, and just like my favorite of the Spider-Man comic-books. And I have a lot of faith that they really know their stuff. The difficulty of going through high school is so unique to a superhero. It's unique and that's what Spider-Man's all about, so that they're gonna explore that head on is very exciting."

The upcoming "Spider-Man" reboot will be directed by Jon Watts (Cop Car) and star Tom Holland as Spider-Man and Marisa Tomei as Aunt May. It's set to hit theaters on July 28th, 2017.

Sam Raimi is either insane, or a liar, or a paid shill. I can't decide. Maybe he's just f*cking demented. That would explain Spiderman 3.

Regardless, neither reboot film was "great" by any stretch. The first Webb iteration is an insipid retread of Raimi's first Spiderman film, and the second flick is an overlong melodramatic overstuffed heap of Spidey sh*t.

I stopped reading the above article after Raimi's initial comment...

After a long day at school, Peter Parker comes home to find Aunt May baking with her other childless friends Sandra Bullock, Jennifer Anison and Winona Ryder.

Their bodies still holding together having not being wrecked by child birth begin to feed each other cake frosting.

Frank Castle having figured out Spidermans true identity has released several criminals on the other side of the city.
After Peter leaps out his bedroom window into the violent city, Frank Castle rings the home of Aunt May.

Aunt May being busy in the kitchen asks her friends to get the door.
"Hello bitches, i have come to punish p*ssy and chew bubble gum..and Im all outta bubblegum."

Aunt May and her friends all run upstairs and lock the door behind them and hide under the sheets naked.
This is not The Punishers first visit.
