"Ouija" Easily Beat Keanu Reeves' "John Wick" at Box Office

"Ouija" Easily Beat Keanu ReevesSubmit Comment
"Ouija" horror film easily took first place at the domestic box office this pre-Halloween weekend, grossing $20 million on a budget of only $5 million. The new movie has a lousy 10% fresh rating on RottenTomatoes.

Keanu Reeves' "John Wick" R-rated action film settled for second place with $14.2 million, which seems a bit low, but is much higher than the $8 million early tracking numbers suggested. During the first day of release, "John Wick" had a 100% fresh rating. That number has since dropped, but still remains at an impressive 86%.

Meanwhile, "The Conjuring" spin-off "Annabelle" crossed the $200 million mark after four weeks in theaters. An impressive feat for a movie with a budget of only $6.5 million.

Newsf*ckingflash! A scary movie trumps a Keanu Reeves flick on the last week of Halloween! Shocker!

In other related news, taking a dump rates higher than jacking off for men over eighty years of age!

LMAO, the movie we all mocked for being based off a crummy, insipid board game from the 1970s commercially beat out a taut, well-made b-thriller from Mr. Roboto.

If that doesn't destroy your faith in an all-loving omnipotent God, nothing will.

Heard nothing but good reviews of John Wick. Most said the action is pretty ludicrous but still very entertaining. I'm always down for some good old R rated action so ill see it this weekend.

A board game "horror" flick beats a solid good action film! I hate people sometimes.

I want to see both these films. Perhaps Wednesday. I'm guessing John Wick will be better
