Warner Bros Announces "The Flash," "Aquaman," "Justice League" and "Green Lantern" Movies

Warner Bros Announces "The Flash," "Aquaman," "Justice League" and "Green Lantern" MoviesSubmit Comment
Warner Bros CEO Kevin Tsuijihara announced the studio's plans for its upcoming superhero films, unveiling a release schedule for its ten new movies from 2016 through 2020.

We all know that "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" will hit theaters in 2016. It will then be followed by "Suicide Squad" later that year. Ryan Gosling, Margot Robbie, Will Smith and Tom Hardy are all in talks to star.

There will also be a "Justice League" movie, which will be split into two parts. The first will be released in 2017, the second in 2019. According to Tsuijihara, the list doesn't include two other films that are also in development, standalone Superman and Batman movies.

Other interesting things is that Ezra Miller will play Flash and Jason Momoa has been confirmed as Aquaman. And even though Wonder Woman will appear in "Batman v Superman" and her own standalone film, it looks like she may not return for "Justice League." By Amy Adams as Lois Lane will.

And that's right, the studio will try making another "Green Lantern" movie.

* "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" directed by Zack Snyder (2016)

* "Suicide Squad" directed by David Ayer (2016)

* "Wonder Woman" starring Gal Gadot (2017)

* "Justice League Part One" directed by Snyder, with Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill and Amy Adams reprising their roles (2017)

* "The Flash" starring Ezra Miller (2018)

* "Aquaman" starring Jason Momoa (2018)

* "Shazam" (2019)

* "Justice League Part Two" directed by Zack Snyder (2019)

* "Cyborg" starring Ray Fisher (2020)

* "Green Lantern" (2020)

No one will go see a f*cking Cyborg movie!

Good luck with that. The original was a bomb, and that was with 200 million in CGI and VFX and the hiring of heartthrob Ryan Reynolds. No one gives a f*ck about the character. Outside Batman no one gives a f*ck about DC's character lineup, either. Nolan was DC. The bar was thus raised quite high. Now DC is crawling under it expecting people to care.

Good luck with that.

So they finally let the cat out of the bag. Different Flash for TV and Movie. Either that's a smart move or a very dumb one. Just sayin'

Marvel has Agents of SHIELD and Agent Carter on abc which take place in the MCU, so why the f*ck can't Arrow and The Flash on The CW be part of the DCCU?

Casting this queer femme c*ck-depot as The Flash in the movie is absurd. Use the guy from the show who is good so far.

Ezra Miller is straight up wearing fire engine red lipstick in that pic, eagerly awaiting the next c*ck to suck at WB to secure a bullsh*t Flash trilogy.

Ugh.

Come to think of it, this big plan sounds pretty much like Sony's for Spider-Man. We'll see how many of those titles will actually get made.

Weirdly enough, the only movie I would realky wanna see would be Suicide Squad...

It can't bank on big names of the DCU & really has to be an ensemble piece that will be focused as a Dirty Dozen -like action thriller with double crosses if done right.

If its anything like Assault on Arkham movie, I'm in.
