Today we have the trailer for the upcoming "The Humbling," which is directed by Barry Levinson (Rain Man, Bugsy, Wag the Dog) and star Al Pacino, Greta Gerwig, Kyra Sedgwick and Charles Grodin. Check it out below. Plot: A story set on a farm in upstate New York and centers on the sexual relationship between an aged, suicidal actor and a younger woman. Based on a novel by Philip Roth. The new movie just premiered at the Venice Film Festival and will have its North American premiere at the Toronto Film Festival later this month.

Barry Levinson has always been a great director and this still confirms that.

Must be Al Pacino day at WorstPreviews, which beats Hugh Jackman day or Spiderman month.
Meh. Barry Levinson who last had a good movie back when Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were fresh starring the guy who hasn't had a steady worthwhile gig in two decades.
It'll suck like Ridley trying to pull an Alien by casting guy Pearce and Theron in some attempt to reclaim relevancy when all either has to do is make something good.
Unfortunately, neither have anything to offer and should just merrily retire to their fleet of yachts and let the new crew make more comic book movies.

Should be called The Bumbling in honor of Al's last twenty years.
"an aged, suicidal actor"
So he's playing Robin Williams?

I remember Charles Grodin being funny in Midnight Run and recently in Louie.

Although it was always a dream of mine to see Queen LaQueffah stung by a 1000 jellyfish, so i thank him for that.

This thing is so much a piece of sh*t, even Charles Grodin is embarrassed to be in it. He's playing some milquetoast like a combination of Woody Allen, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Larry David.
