Warner Bros just unveiled a new trailer and poster for its "Seventh Son" fantasy adventure, starring Jeff Bridges, Ben Barnes and Julianne Moore. Check it out below.
Plot: In a time of enchantments when legends and magic collide, the sole remaining warrior of a mystical order (Bridges) travels to find a prophesized hero born with incredible powers, the last Seventh Son (Barnes). Torn from his quiet life as a farmhand, the unlikely young hero embarks on a daring adventure with his battle-hardened mentor to vanquish a dark queen (Moore) and the army of supernatural assassins she has dispatched against their kingdom.
The new movie directed by Sergey Bodrov (Mongol: The Rise of Genghis Khan) and is based on Joseph Delaney's novel series. It's set to hit theaters on February 6th, 2015.

Meh. Not a fam of medieval tales. They always get everything wrong. Wrong costumes, wrong accents, wrong history. Add inane magic to it and you have a movie that's nothing but pure juvenile fantasy. In this case, the only reason to watch is to catch some performances from Bridges and other, which I'm sure will not disappoint.

Looks more like a LOTR wannabe with "the dude" as gandalf. Definitely sh*t movie.
Labeling this a discount Tolkien fantasy seems reasonable, but its these very bargain-bin, Jan/Feb releases that calls upon the cinema junkie in me, as zero expectations often allows me to thoroughly enjoy such fare. In any event, I could care less about the main hero guy; Ill go just for the FX spectacle and to see Bridges f*ck-up giants and dragons and whatnot.
I am very excited to be able to get this very useful information, This is one of the best articles I just found today, I hope you keep updating other information that is still related to this, I'm really looking forward to something new like that, Thank you very much because you have shared this news to us all, best regards
