Couple things. One Lionsgate is a f*cking moron. They make the synopsis out like Katniss is a grand leader. In the books, she's coddled and held by the hand every step of the way. In the third book, she barely contributes to the climax of the story. Secondly who wants to place bets on how many times Katniss will have a mental breakdown. My money is on 5 but I might be too lenient assuming this going to be an war movie this time around. I mean care right? The third book is such a crappy finale to a mediocre series anyway. Even people who like these books think that. LOL

The ending was a huge flip off to fans of the books. It wasn't like they built up to it. It was just a slap in the face that left a bad taste in your mouth. Honestly in Hunger Games was better as a one shot story. After that it became utterly predictable and pointless and, at times, very repetative. I actually enjoyed the first book when a friend had me read it but then Catching Fire happened and I was like, "Well I know where it's going to escalate the series but might as well trek through the muck."
