"Batman" Reboot Coming in 2019?

"Batman" Reboot Coming in 2019?Submit Comment
Latino-Review is usually wrong when it comes to exclusive stories, but gets it right once in a while. The reports that seem extremely obvious are the ones that usually end up being way off. This new rumor is exactly that.

Warner Bros apparently has a release plan for its comic book movies through 2018, including "Justice League," "Wonder Woman" and "Man of Steel 2." There are other movies on the list, but none of them is the "Batman" reboot with Ben Affleck.

Obviously the studio wants another "Batman" film, since Christopher Nolan's "The Dark Knight" trilogy was very profitable. So Latino-Review is reporting that its sources are telling them that a reboot will come in 2019. Oh really? Next thing you'll tell me is that the studio wants an entire new "Batman" trilogy.

At this point, we're all waiting for Warner Bros to start confirming or denying these rumors. This will apparently happen during Comic-Con next month. Stay tuned.

In related news... Latino-Review says that the "Batman" reboot already has a tentative title of "The Batman."

What's with the Latino-Review disclaimers on all of these articles?

Thank you for doing to Batman what Schumacher couldn't, DC and Warner Brothers ....

burying the story.

Latino review had a short string of getting ggingscwrong a while back, and this site has developed this weird bias towards it, even though it's no less accurate than any other rumor producing sites (LR is more accurate on avg if anything) cited here. But in sure Latino Review's track revoked would be better if they just copied others' articles, preceded by "...reports," and followed by "based on my own speculation with no evidence drawing me to this conclusion, this report is probably bull****. Big time a**-hole Spike Lee reteeeted something a couple of years ago! Child rapist Polanski had a new movie (which I'm advertising, or bringing to your attention)
...Stay Tuned!"

Meow. Someone forgot their Midol this morning.
Are you really so disheartened with your job that you're now dissing your own articles, Alex?

For shame.

He wasn't dissing his own article, he was dissing the news within the article. Big difference.

As for this news, we'll see, but again they could have avoided this sh*t had they left Nolan's trilogy open to new directors like Mission Impossible, Pirates and even Transformers (once Bay leaves), but no, they had to close it out.

Really, really stupid, and for what? The Dark Knight Rises?

lol
