"Wreck-It-Ralph" Sequel is Officially in the WorksSubmit Comment
Disney's animated "Wreck-It-Ralph" movie hit theaters in 2012 and opened to $49 million, the best domestic debut out of any animated Disney film. Talks of a sequel immediately started as the film approached its overall worldwide total of $471 million. But it's been quiet ever since.

Now, "Wreck-It-Ralph" composer Henry Jackman revealed that the sequel is being written. "I did [hear about a 'Wreck-It Ralph' sequel]. I believe that it is officially on the cards," he told Collider. "I don't know any more other than a story is indeed being written."

"Wreck-It-Ralph" director Rich Moore already knows which character he would like to introduce in the sequel. Back in 2012, he said that Mario will appear in the film. "We'll really come up with something good for Mario to do," he revealed. "To be able to present him in the sequel, would be great."

Winstone is a great actor. Loved him in THE DEPARTED. He was a bright spot in the awful CRYSTAL SKULL.

last time mario was in a film, it was super mario bros the movie, only thing i didn't like about that? no firepower, no stars, no tanooki suit? i wanna see all those things damnit...when appealing to the video game world, it's just the same as the comic world or any other world for that matter, better get the details right or suffer the negative fan backlash
