Sony Pictures recently unveiled the official trailer for "The Amazing Spider-Man 2." And now, the studio has released an international version that shows even more footage from the new movie. Check it out below.
Plot: For Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield), there's no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen (Emma Stone). But being Spider-Man comes at a price: only Spider-Man can protect his fellow New Yorkers from the formidable villains that threaten the city. With the emergence of Electro (Jamie Foxx), Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than he. And as his old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: OsCorp.
"The Amazing Spider-Man 2" is directed by Marc Webb and is set to hit theaters on May 2nd, 2014.

If they had really wanted to impress people they would have unveiled an entirely new movie.

What made the first two Raimi films so engaging was Raimi's ability to tell a thrilling story that kept you in suspense. For example, I remember jumping out of my seat a few times when I saw the second one in theater. Not one superhero movie since the second spiderman made me passionately care about the superhero.

How can you care about a hero when a hero isn't being a hero?

He saved a train full of people in the second one. That's heroic.

He also kissed Kirsten Dunst. That's pretty f*cking heroic too.
