Warner Bros unveiled a new trailer for "300: Rise of an Empire," starring Sullivan Stapleton, Rodrigo Santoro and Eva Green. Check it out below.
Plot: The story takes action to the sea, as Greek general Themistokles (Stapleton) attempts to unite all of Greece by leading the charge that will change the course of the war. Themistokles is pitted against the massive invading Persian forces led by mortal-turned-god Xerxes (Santoro), and Artemesia (Green), vengeful commander of the Persian navy.
The new movie is directed by Noam Murro (Smart People) and is set to hit theaters on March 7th, 2014.
Wait did I just see the trailer for 300: Rise of the Empire or Pompeii? Oh, right, it doesn't matter.
Between these two, Hercules: The Legend Begins and Noah, and then ANOTHER Hercules movie come summer... f*ck. Just make 'em all into one big movie.

Why the f*ck do you take arguably the most testosterone driven blood and guts movie since Gladiator and throw in a bunch of skinny bitches that can barely lift a sword let alone take on famous Greek warriors? Who the f*ck is running Hwood these days?!?!

Outside of Joan of Arc are there any historically famous female warriors out there? Rhonda Rowsy and Gina Carano don't really count. If there are why doesn't Hwood make a real movie about them instead of destroying every action movie with these skinny unathletic flacas who force the audience to abandon all sense of suspense and reality every time one of them fights?
If they insist on injecting these females into these asskicking roles at least they should start hitting the fitness or pro athlete scene for talent instead of the modelling runways. I see literally 2-3 chicks a day at my gym that are beautiful and athletic enough to be cast in these parts. Its really not that hard Hwood!!!!

"Leonidas and the brave 300 hundred are dead." ...."Avenge him." I got goosebumps. This is going to really have to suck for me not to like it. I loved 300. (Not saying its a great movie, its not, but I love it nonetheless)

Everybody is half naked except for the females ha whats up with that? That new bit(h is fully clothed. Maybe that guy who raped the queen in the first movie (My favorite character) will make a return and undress some females.

@Devries: Just admit it: you have godf*ckingawful taste in movies and you're pissed we don't too.

"Boudica was pretty hardcore. "
I didn't notice your comment until Devries made me scroll up to see who was complaining (according to him).
Yeah, Boadicea...I recall reading about her ages ago. Christ. She makes that smelly French whore Joan look like Gal Gadot. Vicious. I think the Romans raping her daughters really sent her on a tear. At least that's what Tacitus said.
Anyway, there's quite a few historical female warriors, more than enough to give Hollywood plenty of material to make more sh*tty films for the next fifty years, which should excite greatly Devries.
