First Look: The Rhino and Green Goblin From "The Amazing Spider-Man 2"Submit Comment
At the Red Rock casino in Las Vegas, hangs a new banner for "The Amazing Spider-Man 2," giving us our first look at the three villains in the film, including Electro, The Rhino and Green Goblin.

In addition, Sony Pictures will be unveiling a new trailer for the sequel on December 5th. We now know that it will be 2 minutes and 4 seconds, and may also unveil the official title, which seems to be "The Amazing Spider-Man 2: Rise of Electro."

We've already seen the title on several Brazilian promotional pieces. And now the title has popped up on a German poster promoting the trailer. Check everything out below.

Wow...are they really going to make the Rhino literally a Rhino?! And they are actually going to call it "Rise of Electro"?! There is no way they don't have a better marketing/design department here!!!

LOL You bastard. Course the Rhino looks like a f*cking horse so maybe your sarcasm is appropriate.

@Sleuth

I'm smiling at your sense of subtlety!

Cheers mate,

Cheers my friend! LOL To the death of Spider-Man on film! Tagline: "Last time it was a heart attack...this time it will be a flatline."

From what I've heard...people worrying that this is Spider-Man 3 all over again should not be worried. Rhino and Goblin are extremely small roles. Glorified Cameos, basically...Rhino at the beginning and Goblin at the end.
That said...it still doesn't mean TASM2 isn't going to suck. Jury's still out on that one.

Why they would make rhino a giant robotic rhino is beyond me. What's the point? There's no realism in that if they're taking that angle and it shows complete lack of imagination if they're trying to keep it fantastical.

Gay. Should have just continued Raimi's universe with new lead actors.

"Rise of Electro" woaw such imagination. He is not even one of the biggest villains to deserve that kind of title IMO. "Rise of the Goblin" seems better, if so.

The Rhino looks more like a mechanical bull.

I wonder how many Wilhelm screams we'll get from FOXX with this one.

Rise of Electro tells the potential viewer Foxx will come back for another installment, or why else subtitle this movie his rise?

But if he doesn't come back in the next installment, if he dies or just doesn't appear in any more films, what the f*ck is the point and purpose of the "rise" part?

Because Foxx demanded a larger portion of Spider-man 2's marketing?

"There's no realism in that if they're taking that angle and it shows complete lack of imagination"

Are you f*cking nuts? Realism? It's about a flying man-boy in a spandex spider suit fighting a hollow-eyed black guy shooting lightning bolts. Realism? Save that sh*t for when you jack off to Christopher Nolan.

And imagination? From a nascent series that unabashedly raped Raimi's first two films?

lol. Get out of here.

Next thing you'll tell me is Cameron didn't rip off Die Hard 1 for his pinnacle action set-piece in Terminator 2.

Friggin' kids and Christians. They annoy the hell out of me.

interesting cool behind-the-scenes pix on that site,MINK
Good find

i would buy a fan boy made 3 maybe 3 1/2 hour long bluray cut of all three movies
maybe throw in a couple flashbacks of the anime eps.
minkowski writes:
on November 29th, 2013 at 8:06:50 PM

The fan-made cut shouldn't be more than two and a half hours, because after they take the first film, throw in in the one or two cool scenes from Reloaded and the zero cool scenes from Revolutions, you'll have about 120 minutes worth of good footage, plus a half-hour for the triple-bill credits.

The End

Back To The Future is the best trilogy EVER

Just another movie to prove why we should lay of comic book movies for a while. (Or at least big name ones).

3 villains can be overkill, we say that in Spider-man 3.

A word of warning Bullit, the face sucker can return with a click of the fingers.

Possibly interesting news:http://m.superherohype.com/news/articles/180555-sin-city-tv-series-coming-following-a-dame-to-kill-for

Wasn't a huge fan of the first one (though I did enjoy it) and have never read the comic books, but I imagine with the walking dead's succes they must figure it's worth a shot.
