We recently got a look at the official trailer for "Captain America: The Winter Soldier." But as a special treat, Marvel is also showing five minutes of footage from the movie at all 3D North American showings of "Thor: The Dark World," which is now playing in theaters.
That footage has now leaked online. The quality is far from great, but you can check it out below.
Plot: "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" picks up where "The Avengers" left off, as Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) struggles to embrace his role in the modern world and teams up with Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson), aka Black Widow, to battle a powerful yet shadowy enemy in present-day Washington, DC.
The new movie is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo (You, Me and Dupree) is set to hit theaters on April 4th, 2014.

If people know they're going to upload this online, why do they always shake the camera and giggle to themselves like f*cking idiots?

^^You're making an unfounded assumption they are not f*cking idiots....

After a few creative searches I saw this on YouTube. It does look to be a genuinely solid film.

The elevator fight scene is great. But I'm very much afraid that it will be the only scene worth watching. Hopefully I'm wrong.

I like the more serious tone of the CA films. Iron Man went way overboard with the humor after the first film, and I hear the new Thor is full of comic relief too. From what I remember from the comics Cap never really had time for jokes. He was way too much of a boy scout to joke at someone else's expense unless it was some lame morality joke to see if they had learned their lesson. Good to see that Marvel chose to go the same route with his character and the tone surrounding his movies.

Looks pretty good even without the Return of the Dead Bucky storyline. We all know that the winter soldier is just another one film villain like the Dark Elf king in Thor 2, Whiplash, and the Mandarin. Marvel never seems to do the bad guy justice unless they plan on keeping them around for another film like Loki. These trailers look just fine without the last 10 sec clips of WS and his kung fu grip. The dynamic between Cap, Nick Fury, and the somewhat questionable role of S.H.I.E.L.D is far more interesting than the return of Bucky imo.

I gotta disagree, SAC...I think Marvel still has plans for Bucky/WS beyond this one film....
