Sex Abuse Lawsuits Against Elmo Puppeteer Kevin Clash Have Been Dismissed

Sex Abuse Lawsuits Against Elmo Puppeteer Kevin Clash Have Been DismissedSubmit Comment
Kevin Clash, the puppeteer and the voice behind Elmo on "Sesame Street," was forced to leave the show after four young men came forward with claims that Clash had sex with them when they were just children.

While Hollywood continued to praise Clash, most people wanted nothing to do with him, especially parents who let their kids watch "Sesame Street." But now comes word that a Manhattan District Court has dismissed three of the lawsuits filed by the young men against Clash.

The reason behind the dismissal wasn't because Clash was found not guilty of the crimes, but because a judge ruled that the accusers waited too long to sue. The lawyer who represents the men vowed to "appeal the decision and continue the fight."

The only lawsuit still pending was filed by Sheldon Stephens, now 24-years-old, who was the first one to publicly claim he had a sexual relationship with Clash as an underage teenager. He filed the lawsuit in Pennsylvania, unlike the other three men.

Only through this story can the public know the sinister, evil world of puppeteering.

How many victims sue someone who is not rich and claim its for justice and not money. Yeah I can't think of any either.

Because, his doc*mentary came out last year on Netflix. So... People are c*nts basically.

Alex, f*ck yourself for calling a non convicted man a child molester in your previous article title.

I understand the Spike Lee jabs and the Polanski hate because those guys are f*cking twisted pieces of sh*t.

This guy makes kids laugh for a living and it seems that he's being exploited. Not one month ago, in your article title you call him a child molester, then this, "Lawsuits have been dismissed"

Suing for money in a case that's criminal in nature is bullsh*t anyway, and that statue of limitations expired years ago. That and this has zip to do with film, even tangentially.

It's not missing, Alex just knows it can't be monetized.

Lies and tabloid reporting, on the other hand...

just watched 'The Terminator'(1984) after haven't seeing it for a few years - gotta say this movie is a masterpiece, sure, the special effects look very outdated but Aronld is so bad ass as the psycho terminator and the action is almost non stop.I'm probably on a minority but I prefer the original over 'Judgment day' - A brilliant sequel,no doubt but the f*cking kid was annoying...

But the latest Die Hard was f*cking terrible, Bruce was driving behind his son like a ridiculous c*nt with no meaning. He needs to retire NOW.
