Zack Snyder was too busy with "Man of Steel" so he couldn't direct it. But he wrote the screenplay with the same writer from 300 and like Bando said, Synder is producing the movie.

Slow motion : The movie.
'Man of Steel' down to 62% at RT heading to Rotten tomato territory - critics can't handle all the action - they need some Putman gay ass superman like 'Superman Returns'

Also, nice avatar, DriveMemento. Ned Stark will always live on!!!

Garbage for the 13 to 25 moron crowd.

hahaha! "Director of 300 and Man Of Steel"
Up til now it would say "300 and Watchmen".
It's been replaced officially.
I'll probably like this doh. I gotta thing for Eva Green.

Definitely looks like it's worth watching...just not in theaters.

I still haven't finished the first one, which is basically an hour or two of homosexual-looking men stabbing other half-naked men while screaming nonsense like THIS IS SPARTA at black people who are supposedly Persian, all set to CGI Prince of Persia: Sand of Time cut-scenes and filmed at an astonishing four frames per second. Almost as bad as that pornographic gamer trash Sucker Punch.
Smart move, DC, giving Snyder the Man of Steel franchise. Almost as good as Joss Whedon, right?

*Real* movie news: Spielberg predicts Hollywood "implosion":
Of all the people to sound the alarm on the decline and fall of the film industry, Steven Spielberg might seem like an improbable choice. But the director, speaking with George Lucas at a ceremony celebrating the opening of a new building at University of Southern California's film school, said that an "implosion" of his industry is inevitable.

I better get back in 'repelling looters' shape

Yes! That's the look, that's the slow motion! It wouldn't be a 300 movie without it.

Man of Steel down to 61%.
*does a little dance*
Ever notice how the critics of Man of Steel never mention Nolan when they're slamming the movie? They'll mention him when one of them is praising it, but only Goyer and Snyder when they're not, proving to me at least many critics are stupid fan boys.

That's a badass horse.
Looks better than I thought actually, but some shots are unintentionally hilarious - jumping from the cliff, that hydro-horse etc.

Maybe the movie really isn't that good, IDK. But "Returns" is at 75% and the main complaint was that it had little action. Few people cared that it was essentially 2,5 hours of Singer blowing Donner.
Now it's "too much action"? Like in the Avengers?
Eh, maybe the movie really sucks, will wait and see.

About Spielbergian implosion.
"Case in point, for him: Lincoln, which was a commercial and critical success, was apparently almost an HBO exclusive."
Weird, that's what I've been saying for a long time now. It looks like an HBO movie, it feels like an HBO movie. Take away Day-Lewis and Spielberg - and you have an HBO movie.

Is this a sequel or prequel to 300?

I'll watch it, whatever the f*ck you said.
