MSN has unveiled the first teaser trailer for the upcoming Princess Diana biopic, called "Diana," which stars Naomi Watts in the title role. Check it out below.
Plot: The film is a compelling portrait of Diana, Princess of Wales during the last two years of her life. It charts how finding true personal happiness for the first time allowed her to achieve her defining successes evolving into a major international campaigner and humanitarian.
The new movie is directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel (Downfall) from a script by Stephen Jeffreys (The Libertine). A release date has yet to be revealed, but it will likely hit theaters at the end of the year in order to be eligible for the Oscars.
I just have to ask: what the f*ck did this celeb royal bitch ever do to justify having movies made about her fifteen years after she became concrete salad? Or it just a simple matter of turning her exaggerated memory into a marketable product?
She has done alot of charitable and goodwill type thingamajigs around the world
PLUS being a marketable product
I think they saw the mild success of The Iron Lady and thought 'if we did made money off Thatcher, imagine what we could get with a blonde in tight stuff and sexy positions'
I also think she gained more attention for her butt ugly husband dumpin her for an even butt uglier 'woman'
Pretty much the same principle behind why Hilary Clinton is havin a movie made about her
"She has done alot of charitable and goodwill type"
Like what? Appearing in person for charitable dinners because idiots will happily pay fifty grand a plate just to eat with royalty? Lobbying to remove mines that are put in place for the express purpose of separating warring factions who would ceaselessly murder one another otherwise?
Yeah. Just another dumb left-wing celubutard remembered for her "grace" and looks and status rather than anything meaningful she accomplished with her grandly vaulted position, accomplishments which were little more than nothing considering her exaggerated power and influence.
