Paramount Pictures has unveiled seven new banners for Brad Pitt's upcoming "World War Z" zombie film, giving us a look at the destruction across the globe, including such cities as Berlin, Rome, Paris, Mexico City, Barcelona and Sydney. Check out all the banners below.

Plot: The story revolves around United Nations employee Gerry Lane (Pitt), who traverses the world in a race against time to stop the Zombie pandemic that is toppling armies and governments and threatening to decimate humanity itself.

The new movie is directed by Marc Forster (Quantum of Solace) and is set to hit theaters on June 21st.

A pg-13 zombie apocalypse film? This has to be a first in film history. That can't be a good sign.

Sorry, I typed too fast: London is not in it but the penultimate is Barcelona with its famous Gaudí Cathedral.

@Tanman & Pat

Pretty good considering your respective country.

So in order it's:

New York
Berlin
The Vatican City
Paris (obviously)
Mexico City with its El Ángel de la Independencia ("The Angel of Independence")
Barcelona
Sidney.

All they did was take pictures of famous locales, and photoshop tiny fires, and specks of people on them. I could do that.

"ITS THE PINCHY ZOMBIES, WAY! f*ck YOU,EH!"

I might catch this whenever it's at the $2 theater near me.

"All they did was take pictures of famous locales, and photoshop tiny fires, and specks of people on them. I could do that."

Exactly. That was my very first thought too. A lot of underwhelming repetitive Photoshopping using a library of alpha masked fire and smoke. Yawn. Not very creative.

And why would zombies cause such destruction? Because the expensive CGI had to go somewhere? Because a Hollywood movie without guns and massive destruction just isn't right?
Deaft0ne writes:
on May 29th, 2013 at 8:51:43 PM

Because they filmed this for almost 2.5 years and are scared sh*tless that it won't recoup it's near $200 million dollar price tag.

Because it could very likely become a toe tag.

This movie might be D.O.A.

It might not be a 'zombie' at the box office.

Lol just filling in fo my nigga pornfly.

I think it'll make it's money back^

At least the 200M. Won't be no HUGE hit. But People pay to see Pitt, And people pay to see zombies. So it'll break even easily.

The only thing they did right with Mexico was The Angel of Independence statue, but the rest is done geographically wrong.
