Warner Bros Preparing for "Justice League of America" Movie, Aquaman and Cyborg Part of the TeamSubmit Comment
Christopher Nolan's "The Dark Knight" trilogy turned out to be a multi-billion dollar hit, and "Man of Steel" is on track to become another massive success for the Warner Bros. But the studio has yet to reveal its master plan for its DC superheroes, especially the status of "Justice League of America."

Variety has now learned that Warners Bros will definitely begin work on "Justice League" soon, because the studio has signed a major deal with Target to begin selling "Justice League" merchandise, focusing on Superman, Batman, Aquaman, Cyborg, The Flash, Green Lantern and Wonder Woman.

Even though this looks like nothing more than Warner Bros attempting to sell a few toys, Variety says that the plan is to get consumers used to seeing DC superheroes in retail stores. All in preparation for a "Justice League" movie.

So let me get it straight. Rather than select heroes that would best fit within a story, they are practically base it on which ones sell the most in stores?

[Sigh.]

I honestly love that Cyborg is getting love in the comics and the small screens (TV / BluRay) He's a great character.
Other than that, F these updates

Superheroes are perverts nowadays, only wonderwoman, but a lot more bunchs of asses and holes.

This guys, really. I f*cking hate their political and Pseudo-NAZI-CIA "You will join" sh*t f*cked up campaign.

Then I remember that huge Banner for Pacific Rim with the tagline "Go BIG or go Extint"

It might mean: Go Bisexual or f*ck off,... but, of course if you are completely homosexual, no problem, BRO, SIS, cmon.

Just because theyre in the toyline doesnt mean theyll be in the film.

Oh, the team keeps changing. Last time Batman wasn't in it, teh next time it probably is Wonder Woman and then Cyborg. Either teh people who make up those news should make up their mind or Warner should just stop not making it the wrong way.

By the time DC gets to the party, Marvel would have already drunk the beer, ate the food and f*cked all the hot woman. DC will be left with 8 year old tang, yesterdays left overs, and "butterfaces".

I've heard all this crap of how DC will eventually get to do JLA, but what's the point now? Its all been done....guess DC loves to be Pepsi to Marvel's Coca Cola.

This can be be screwed up in so many ways, why get your hopes up? So, meh....

On a side note, I really like the way the makers of Mortal Kombat did Injustice: Gods Among Us...a MK version of DC characters. the thing I liked the most were those f*cking suits. THOSE. ARE. BADASS!! On the free iPad demo, each have different versions of their costumes. They really made them hardcore...Now if only those costumes could be replicated on screen...it'd be a great start, IMO.

this could work against warner bros as the public may get tired of seeing of them everywhere

Deaft0ne writes:

No^

Wonder Woman is white. Also Aisha Tyler is a horrible actress. Lynn Collins would be a great Wonder Woman.

Clique17 writes:

Man I definitely hope that Cyborg makes it into the Justice League movie, he's such an underrated comic book character. There would probably be a lot of tension between his character and Superman, which would make the movie more interesting just like the tension between the superheroes in The Avengers made that movie more interesting.
Stapes writes:
on May 20th, 2013 at 9:30:37 PM

@clique, sorry but not up to snuff on DC characters, why would there be tension between a cyborg and superman? And if this is a smallville thing dont bother responding.
minkowski writes:
on May 20th, 2013 at 10:38:09 PM

Wow. Marvel makes blockbuster movies for their characters so they can then star in a smash ensemble film; DC, on the other hand...hires Target to distribute toys to promote their ensemble film.

What's wrong with this picture?
sedibus writes:

Hey, bunny f*ck, Im talking about your mind getting raped ALA Enter the Void (2009), by this Bisexual NAzi CIA-FBI propagandist fascist.

And how Heterofobic and how like that are many if not all Hollywood produced movies and many more overseas.

Thats what the f*ck Im talking about. You dont understand, you want me to tell you again word-by-word, explain it to you by the f*cking numbers? Ok, just let me know, friend, cause, Im waiting for it.
BlackDynamite writes:

Actually, I'm pretty sure I saw these "Justice League" toys in Target a few days ago. They're just basic overpriced figures based on the New 52 redesigns.

Also, why does Alex always find a way to relate big-budget movies to toy articles? How old is he.

Champ1432 writes:

Might be a mistake to put Cyborg in there. Nothing against his character, but he's not the most well-known guy in the mainstream. People may see it as trying to rip off Iron Man.
