This is going to be a huge success no matter how good it actually is. I just hope it steers clear of merchandise tie ins. I dont want to see superman tacos or kryptonite mtn dew.

Now that special FX are a level of almost perfect realism, watching films like Tron Legacy and Transformers are entertaining to look at even without any substance or character development at all. Life Of Pi managed to be amazing special fx and an amazing story. Hopefully Superman has both.

Comic book movies are boring drivel. This one is no different.

i cant wait for this movie. i feel most superman films have not quite hit the mark. obviously comparing comics to film is pointless, different mediums. how do you fit years in the making, into a 2 hour movie(almost 3 if its nolan
maybe now we'll get the superman we deserve.
and a good batman reboot too.
pffft anyone can be batman? eff you nolan. eff you.
