Paramount Pictures unveiled a new international poster for "Star Trek Into Darkness," showing the main villain of the film, played by Benedict Cumberbatch. Check it out below.

Plot: When the crew of the Enterprise is called back home, they find an unstoppable force of terror from within their own organization has detonated the fleet and everything it stands for, leaving our world in a state of crisis. With a personal score to settle, Captain Kirk (Chris Pine) leads a manhunt to a war-zone world to capture a one man weapon of mass destruction.

The new movie is once again directed by JJ Abrams, and is set to hit IMAX 3D theaters on May 15th and then conventional theaters on May 17th.

Gotta admit that i like the visual style! Probably going. To see this in the cinama! Guessing it will feel even less trekkish than the last one though.

First Vulcan, now Earth. What planet will they destroy in Star Trek 3 just to advance the plot? Uranus?

Peter Weller is in this f*cking movie?
Robocop? Holy sh*t. That'd be f*cking awesome, Robocop in the universe of Star Trek.

Sure this will be fun, as the first one was worth the price of admission, but I still stand by my contention that this is NOT Star Trek, not the kind of Star Trek I or Roddenberry would have wanted, but that's no longer really relevant anymore, I guess.

I'll always have TNG though. Can't take that away you bastards.

Major props to Abrams for being able to market a movie fairly effectively with next to no one having any confirmation as to the name of the guy c*mberbatch is playing.
