"Godzilla" Set Video Hints at Possible Opening Scene Posted: March 20th, 2013 by WorstPreviews.com Staff
Just yesterday, Warner Bros and Legendary Pictures announced that filming has started on the upcoming "Godzilla" reboot. And today, we have a video from director Gareth Edwards (Monsters) from the set of the new movie. Edwards revealed that "Godzilla" will be a very long production and they just finished the first shot. Looking in the background, you can see that the sequence takes place at a Japanese airport. No word if that's the opening scene or whether much of the action will take place in Japan, but the country will definitely be involved. "Godzilla" stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Kick-Ass), Ken Watanabe (Inception), Elizabeth Olsen (Martha Marcy May Marlene), Juliette Binoche (Cosmopolis), David Strathairn (Lincoln) and Bryan Cranston (Total Recall). It's set to hit theaters on May 16th, 2014.

Its Walter Whites meth lab chemicals that transform the lizard in to the monster.

Raymond Burr's ghost would make a lovely addition to this.

Hmmmm. Maybe they bring Godzilla off a military transport plane, in handcuffs. Godzilla breaks free, unlike Superman, and goes on a f*cking rampage.
Already this movie stinks of cliche.

One thing I can say: this looks massive. Are those f*cking missiles on the train? Saw those transporting a while ago in Siberia. They were bigger, but these are some impressive props.

Russia must be a terrifying place to live in they transport missiles by train in a place like Siberia often enough for anyone and everyone to see them.

^There are some fascinating places in Siberia. Transporting missiles on train platforms covered with canvas? Easily - those are just missiles, it's not like they're are armed.
As for everyone and anyone - ever heard about closed cities?
