Pixar has unveiled a full-length trailer for its upcoming "Monsters, Inc" prequel, called "Monsters University," showing lots of new footage from the movie. Check it out below.
"Monsters University" goes back in time to tell the story of how Mike (Billy Crystal) and Sully (John Goodman) met in college and their rocky roots, which led to them ultimately becoming the best of friends.
The film co-stars Steve Buscemi, Dave Foley, Julia Sweeney, Joel Murray and Peter Sohn, and is set to hit theaters on June 21st.
High hopes for this. Liked the first one... back in the day when Pixar was firing on all cylinders. Brave was decent, but definitely not up to snuff compared to their earlier product. Even consistent studios like Pixar show some fatigue now and again, I suppose.
The animation looks great, as usual from Pixar. I just don't understand why they have resorted to mining their back catalog with sub-par sequels, while other studios are putting out better animated features. "Despicable Me" and "Hotel Transylvania" have been better than anything Pixar has put out the last couple of years. Except "Toy Story 3". That flick was awesome. Even "Brave" was a letdown in terms if story. I wish they would take more chances like other animated fare that has skewed towards more off-beat stories(the two I mentioned earlier).

Toy Story 3 is arguably one of the best 3rd movies of all time because it simply uses the biblical scripture of becoming an adult and putting childish things behind.
I am not religious at all but it was absolutely brilliant.
