Today we have an international trailer for the found-footage thriller "Dyatlov Pass Incident," directed by Renny Harlin (Deep Blue Sea, The Long Kiss Goodnight, Cliffhanger, Die Hard 2). Check it out below.
Plot: Follows a group of American students on a trek to investigate the true life mystery of nine Russian skiers who befell unexplained deaths while skiing in the Russian mountains in 1959. To this day, their deaths have been one of the most bizarre unsolved mysteries of the 20th century.
The new movie will hit theaters in a few foreign territories later this month, but has yet to be acquired for US distribution.
This actually is an intriguing story. Too bad it's a found footage film, which 99% of the time sucks, and it's directed by Harlin, which 99% of the time sucks.
Nice. But is that a worm crawling out of her belly button? Must be trying to make its way to those tits.

@Deaft0ne: actually, your third post is one of the funniest things I've read on here in a while, especially because of that wild-haired freak you referenced.
And the Dyatlov event has been pretty well explained, but you won't hear the explanation from me because I'm not fat and black.

@Mink, and anyone else interested about how scripts are greenlit in Hollywood. This is a fascinating new article. Even mentions Shane Black's rise and Harlin. So, on topic. Yaaaay...
