"GI Joe 2: Retaliation" is set to hit theaters on March 29th, and Paramount Pictures has now launched its viral marketing campaign for the film in the form of two posters and a video. The campaign revolves around recruiting people to join Cobra. By visiting CobraSpecialForces.com, you can go to some events to prove your loyalty to the evil organization. Oh my God, really?!?!
Well, f*ck you all the way then.
"Modern day action stars" made me feel old. Where are you, "Long kiss goodnight", "Last Boy Scout", "Predator", "Commando" even "Eraser" and "Double Impact"?
With bridges blowing up, cars flying from above, endlessly quotable screenplay and guys who looked like earth could barely hold their balls?
Dark times, guys, dark times
