It seems that the other award shows are enjoying rebelling against the Oscars. It is as if they say: "Look, we like Ben".

^yep.

"Argo" is a movie made by actors (Affleck, Clooney, Heslov) that employed a larger-than-usual cast and played to their strenghts.

I love Tina Fey and all but Amy Poehler really should have won.

And JEssica Lange should have won. That whole series hinged on her performance.

f*cking Downton Abbey!? It's all about Breaking Bad, one of the best dramas ever.

I only watched about an hour of it last night. Tiny Fey looked good.

I watched the first few (5) episodes of 'Game of Thrones' the other night. Good show.

I haven't seen Argo, but from what I've read, it's standard Hollywood agitprop. No wonder it's sweeping awards, other than being, from what I can tell, a very well made movie.

Note to self: make a left-wing America-bashing film. Make it well. Ka-ching.

Ranger- Game of thrones is sick! Violence whores and magic, what else do you need from a tv show

The king's wife bangin' her brother (which is OK, because she's hot). I hear ya. Great scenery and locales. Good show.
