Ray Liotta, Juno Temple and Jeremy Piven Join Sin City SequelSubmit Comment
Even though "Sin City 2: A Dame to Kill For" is already filming, new cast members are still being added. The Playlist has learned that Ray Liotta, Juno Temple and Jeremy Piven ("Entourage") are now all on board. Unfortunately, their roles have yet to be disclosed.

Josh Brolin is replacing Clive Owen as Dwight. The new movie will explain how the character came to have a dramatically different face. It weaves together two of Frank Miller's classic stories with new tales in which the town's citizens cross paths with some of its more repulsive inhabitants.

The rest of the cast includes Mickey Rourke, Jessica Alba, Rosario Dawson, Jaime King, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Dennis Haysbert, Jamie Chung and Christopher Meloni. "Sin City 2" is directed by Robert Rodriguez and Miller, and is set to hit theaters on October 4th.

Can't wait to see Piven walk up to Mickey Rourke and say, "Let's hug it out, bitch."

They should play Copland more on tv instead of Die Hard2 or Lethal Weapon 3 every five minutes

So glad Ray is back on the big screen again. He nearly ate he way out of Hwood for a while there. The guy is an outstanding actor.

I reckon Joseph Gordon-Levitt will replace Josh Hartnett. I reckon it will be that assassin role.

Mickey Rourke is by far the prettiest person in the cast...

Sin City 2 will either be a hell of a lot worse than the first, or a hell of a lot better.

Good addition to the cast...hope the roles match their abilities.

@Bando: that's why its good to see him playing major roles again. I always wondered how he got relegated to those B movie considering his immense talent. That crap is ok for the schmoes of the industry like Van Damme or Val Kilmer (who supposedly a total d*ck to work with), but not Ray. After Goodfellas and Narc I thought the guy had a bright future in the industry but it all went south too quickly. I'm just happy to see him back.

Liotta is a busy actor right now. He's not only doing a lot of B-movies but he's also doing a lot of good movies. He was in Killing Them Softly and he still has to appear on The Iceman and Place Beyond The Pines.
