Channing Tatum to Return for "Step Up 5"?

Channing Tatum to Return for "Step Up 5"?Submit Comment
"Step Up Revolution," the fourth installment in the "Step Up" franchise, hit theaters last year and went on to gross $140 million globally on a $33 million budget. As a result, Summit Entertainment has now announced that a fifth installment is in the works.

The studio hired John Swetnam to write the script and brought back Scott Speer (Step Up Revolution) to direct. The plan is to bring back the lead characters from previous movies and to build to a big dance-off.

There's no word whether Channing Tatum will return. He's now one of the biggest actors in Hollywood, but has credit "Step Up" as the film that launched his career.

Unless they follow the trend of Fast and the Furious and make Step Up 5 about a bank heist..
They can just f*ck right off.

In other news, Obama may run for President of Kenya. He once lived there, and Kenya will need a new president at some point, so there you go, a new baseless rumor for people to spread.

So, uh...a dance version of THE FAST & THE FURIOUS? Continue the franchise with the first cast that started it all?!

Good idea for a lame franchise. Just let die off in the Wal-Mart $5 bin, you know, like everyone expects it to.

Who the f*ck asked for this anyways? Is Tatum still milking his MAGIC MIKE crowd? F*cking Tatum!

Where were the people that wanted FIGHTING 2 when they voted on this?! Taking a dump?!

GTFO!
