Trailer for Juan Jose Campanella's Animated "Futbolin" Film Posted: January 3rd, 2013 by WorstPreviews.com Staff
Today we have a trailer for the upcoming Spanish-language animated film "Futbolin" (Metegol) that is directed by Juan Jose Campanella, who won an Oscar for Best Foreign Film for his 2009 "The Secret in Their Eyes" movie. Check out the trailer below. Plot: Tells the story of Amadeo and a foosball team that is trying to get back together after having been dismantled. With the help of the foosball players, Amadeo will have to face his most terrible rival, the Champ. Guided by their leader, the charismatic Right Winger, the foosball players and Amadeo will set off on a great adventure together, like a true team, to get back the dignity that the Champ stole from them. The new movie is based on a short story "Memoirs of a Right Winger," by Argentine writer Roberto Fontanarrosa. It's set to hit theaters on June 20th in Argentina. A US release is unlikely.

Gee, could it be about...soccer/football? Nah.
"Memoirs of a Right Winger,"
Ah. I thought it was a children's book written by George W. Bush. Never mind.
Hey, WorstPreviews: too damned lazy to write your own synopsis you had to plagiarize Wikipedia?

I heard Campanella and immediately thought of Billy Joel's We Didn't Start the Fire.
