"The Amazing Spider-Man" was released last year and featured The Lizard as the main villain. But according to artist Constantine Sekeris (The Incredible Hulk, Fantastic Four), director Sam Raimi was planning to also planning to use The Lizard in "Spider-Man 2."
Dylan Baker was hired to play Dr. Curt Connors/The Lizard, and Spider-Man was set to do battle with Doctor Octopus, The Lizard and Harry Osborn. Raimi eventually decided to narrow down the villains to just Doctor Octopus, but not before The Lizard concept art was created.
Sekeris has now unveiled two pieces of art, giving us an idea of what The Lizard would have looked like in "Spider-Man 2." Check everything out below.
