DreamWorks Animation has unveiled a teaser trailer for "Turbo," starring Ryan Reynolds, Paul Giamatti, Ken Jeong, Maya Rudolph, Ben Schwartz, Snoop Lion and Samuel L Jackson. Check it out below.
Plot: Tells the story of an ordinary garden snail (Reynolds) with an impossible dream: to become the fastest snail in the world. When a freak accident gives him extraordinary speed, Turbo sets out to try to make this dream come true.
The new movie is directed by David Soren and is set to hit theaters on July 19th, 2013.

I think the synopsis means he has the potential to be recognized by the world as the fastest, and thus now he has to prove it to everyone else.

Meh. All I can think of is how much the title reminds me of Turbo Man from Jingle All the Way. Thought they were making a movie about the toy from that flick, as if that would be any worse.
