HBO Announces "Game Change" Sequel, to Focus on 2012 Presidential ElectionSubmit Comment
Despite being a TV movie, HBO's "Game Change" attracted a great cast, including Julianne Moore, Woody Harrelson and Ed Harris. The film focused on the 2008 Presidential election, showing how detrimental Sarah Palin was to John McCain's campaign.

The film was directed by Jay Roach, who is a known Obama supporter and a critic of Republicans. Even though there was lots of controversy about how accurate the movie turned out, it was still a huge hit, recently being nominated for five Golden Globes.

As a result, HBO just acquired the rights to the book "Double Down: Game Change 2012" by Mark Halperin and John Heilemann, who also wrote the book that the first movie was based on. "Double Down" focuses on the 2012 Presidential race between Barack Obama and Mitt Romney, and will go on sale late next year. The plan is to have the film ready in time for 2016 Presidential election.

No word if Roach will return to direct.

What is it with the media making everything into entertainment? They sure do love their crises and rare historical moments, don't they, like how they exploited the recent massacre for ratings, which is nothing new.

But whatever. If they see Presidential elections as nothing more than another movie franchise, who am I to denigrate their greed?

"who do you think should play obama?"

My d*ck.

No, no I'm just kidding.

Tyler Perry.

Sorry. Another bad joke.

But seriously, looks wise, Adrian Lester, but on acting capabilities, than my brother from another mother Denzel should take the role.
