"Fright Night 2" Plot Revealed, Sounds Exactly Like First FilmSubmit Comment
It was recently reported that 20th Century Fox is moving forward with a "Fright Night" sequel, which would go straight to DVD. Today we learn that Jaime Murray ("Dexter") has been cast as the vampire. And according to the plot synopsis, the film is an exact duplicate of the first film.

Plot: When high school student Charlie attends a study abroad program with his horror-obsessed friend "Evil" Ed and ex-girlfriend Amy in Romania, he soon discovers their young attractive professor Gerri (Murray) is a real life vampire. Too bad no one believes him. In fact, Evil Ed finds it amusing, and it only feeds his vampire obsession.

When Gerri turns Ed, Charlie seeks out Peter Vincent, the infamous vampire hunter (well, he plays one on TV) who is in Romania filming his show "Fright Night," to teach him how to take down Gerri before she gets to Amy, who's blood will cure Gerri of spending eternity as a vampire.

Filming begins in Romania next week.

I would sadly still watch this if David Tennant played Peter Vincent again and just spent the entire movie wondering aloud why the same plot is happening.

If they put David Tennant in this, I'm cool with this being made, means I'll get laid at the end of the movie...

Why do we always catch up to the vampire at the tail end of their exsistence?
They have always survived two thousand years then some guy shows up and somehow outsmarts him or her.

Interview with a Vampire couldve been a great francise
Not having a part 2&3 left a void that ended up getting filled with a bunch of fangless gold flaked whiners for vampires

mucho grassyass

damn shame man

Jaime Murray, with her drunk-stupid slurred accent and her sloe-eyed peepers, nearly ruined Season 2 of Dexter.

Again, no thanks.
