"The Hunger Games" Sequel is Now FilmingSubmit Comment
Lionsgate announced that the sequel to "The Hunger Games," called "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire," has started filming and will shoot primarily in existing locations in and near Atlanta, Georgia. It will then move to Hawaii and wrap in late December.

"Catching Fire" begins as Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson). Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a "Victor's Tour" of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) - a competition that could change Panem forever.

The new movie will be directed by Francis Lawrence (I Am Legend) and has added cast members Philip Seymour Hoffman and Jeffrey Wright. It's set to hit theaters on November 22nd, 2013.

I think Woody Harrelsons' hairpiece should get an Oscar nomination.

This is so overrated! The story doesn't even make sense at all: somewhere in the future, a society with sophisticated technology has the Only entertaintment to push young people to kill each other in barbaric ways. Very elaborated. I'm truly amazed that it made so many millions with such a Ridiculous storyline. And the acting from the young ones are so average. Very overrated indeed.

Yeah McQueen! like the Avengers made REAL sense! oh and Harry Potter is AMAZINGLY realistic and dont forget Avatar! the most authentic movie out there..
come on.. thats the all point when it comes to FANTASY and SCI-FI gerners. they are not suppose to make any sense. they have nothing to do with REAL Life! (think about it)
