First Look at Marcus Nispel's "Backmask" Horror Film

Posted: June 25th, 2012 by WorstPreviews.com Staff
First Look at Marcus NispelSubmit Comment
Marcus Nispel, the director of "Conan the Barbarian" remake, "Friday the 13th" remake, and "Pathfinder," is currently hard at work on a new horror film, called "Backmask," which is produced by Steven Schneider (Paranormal Activity).

And today we have the first photos from the set of the movie, which stars Brittany Curran, Stephen Lang, Kelly Blatz, Nick Nicotera, Michael Ormsby and Gage Golightly. Check them out below.

Plot: During a sex, drugs, and rock-fueled party, six small-town teenagers find an old vinyl record and decide to play it backwards in order to listen for any subliminal/satanic messages. Lo and behold, a seemingly malevolent spirit quickly infiltrates the group, wreaking havoc as it moves from one body to another. Eventually, however, it's revealed that the spirit in question is actually trying to convey a message... and that the real source of horror isn't particularly paranormal, but rather something (or someone) much closer to home.

What the f*ck ever happened to 'three strikes you're out'? Does that apply only to baseball and child f*ckers now?

Great. Just what we needed. A movie based on the White Album. Like Yellow Submarine wasn't more than enough horror already.

Don't be stupid. She needs the light to see the torch, silly.

Well he's good when it comes to making small budget movies like Friday the 13th and Texas chainsaw massacre.I haven't seen them so when i say its good is because he tripled its budget.check out box-office mojo for that.

Pathfinder was dissapointing and conan everybody compared it to the Arnold version and it got bad word of mouth.and of course the casting choice of Jason momoa.but if you to to IMDb,the other choices of actors for the conan role.momoa was the manliest and best one he is still not Arnold's size of course.so this upcoming movie looks like strike 3.

And i also bad mouthed this movie as well but I was surprised.then I saw thay piece of sh*t known as the immortals with Henry cavill and conan is ten times more brutal.
