Magnolia Pictures has unveiled a restricted trailer for "V/H/S" found-footage horror film from the perspective of America's genre filmmakers, including Adam Wingard, Glenn McQuaid, Radio Silence, David Bruckner, Joe Swanberg and Ti West. Check out the trailer below.
Plot: A group of misfits are hired by an unknown third party to burglarize a desolate house in the countryside and acquire a rare tape. Upon searching the house, the guys are confronted with a dead body, a hub of old televisions and an endless supply of cryptic footage, each video stranger and more inexplicable than the last.
The new movie already appeared at the Sundance Film Festival and is now coming to VOD on August 31st before hitting limited theaters on October 5th.
Blair witch and the paranormal series so my opinion doesn't really count.

So, let me this straight. All these people die in some bizarre, horrific way, and the best the cops can do is string together all the found footage into a film?
I mean, it's one thing to think one person might, just might, carry a camera throughout some grotesque tribulation, but how many times? If some dude with a huge knife comes at me, unlike MustardTiger who'd just drop his pants and bend over, I'd leave the f*cking camera right the f*ck there.
Hard to believe there's this many damned fools more concerned about filming their own horrible deaths than getting the f*ck away. Harder to believe the footage somehow finds it's way into theaters, so the illusion is sort of f*cked from the get go.
