The upcoming "Judge Dredd" remake, called "Dredd" is set to hit theaters in about three months, but we have yet to see a trailer. It seems that marketing is now revving up, because Lionsgate just unveiled the first poster. Check it out below, in addition to two new photos.
Plot: "Dredd" takes us to the wild streets of Mega City One, the lone oasis of quasi-civilization on Cursed Earth. Judge Dredd (Karl Urban) is the most feared of elite Street Judges, with the power to enforce the law, sentence offenders and execute them on the spot – if necessary.
"Dredd" is directed by Peter Travis (Vantage Point) from a script by Alex Garland (28 Days Later). It is set to hit conventional and 3D theaters on September 21st.

Looks way better than the Sly version,can't wait.
After this years damp squibs I'm hoping it's going to be a little cracker.No Hollywood interference because it's an indie production is also a bonus.

I’m excited. I’m also happy to see this getting an R-rating. And I do like that shot of Dredd exiting the hangar bay -- the Mega City skyline is reminiscent of (90s) Los Angeles ...in the future, if that makes any sense.
