"Snow White and the Huntsman" Sequel in the Works

"Snow White and the Huntsman" Sequel in the WorksSubmit Comment
"Snow White and the Huntsman" grossed $56 million during its opening weekend and has already grossed around $120 million in just six days. But despite these great results, Universal Pictures admitted that it rushed the film (has a RottenTomatoes rating of 46%) due to competition from Relativity Media, which was developing its own Snow White movie, called "Mirror Mirror."

Now comes word that the studio is moving forward with a sequel and has already hired David Koepp (Spider-Man, Jurassic Park, Mission: Impossible) to write the script. This time, there won't be any competition from Relativity, which means no rushing.

Universal is now talking with director Rupert Sanders about returning for "Snow White and the Huntsman 2." He made his directorial debut with the movie, and despite getting numerous offers for other projects, he is reportedly interested in helming the sequel. All the actors have options for two sequels.

It might work... If Kristen manages to find an expression other than "bored and depressed"

She looks like Edward Furlong when he made that craptacular Crow sequel

That shouldn't even come out as a movie.

Why am I not surprised.

Is the first one worth watching?

ut despite these great results, Universal Pictures admitted that it rushed the film

That's like that time Mozart was finishing the First movements of Symphonies 27, but he realised his rival Antonio Salieri was about to finish one of his similar songs at the same time. So Mozart got an epileptic squirrel to have a fit on a piano and shoved that in as the last half of the song.

You don't rush art! For whatever reason. You should be proud of what you're doing. f*ck you Universal you bunch of Jewish f*cks!

@kurskij
No it's worse than Battleship. Avoid this movie like the plague.
Bullit writes:

@Cinema: epileptic squirrel in a piano, LOL!

PS: did you know that Mozart composed his music without any mistakes and only in one go. Never twice and there was no hesitation in his writing. He was "listening" to the music that was playing in his head and wrote it down flawlessly. A genius beyond words.

At least the plague is free. Snow White was paid suffering.

Bullit- I didn't know that. That's f*cking talent, I believe Justin Bieber uses the same techniques.
minkowski writes:

"I believe Justin Bieber uses the same techniques."

Yeah, but Mozart did it without a 'woodwind' up his ass.

And f*ck me, Dustin gave Prometheus a 10/10? Well, f*ck me again, I take back all the nasty comments I said about the man, because he actually likes something worth a damn, not that Prometheus is a perfect film.

Pussman is still a douche mink.

Well, if they need a tree in the sequel, the can hire Erin Moran for less per day than getting an actual tree on set.

@mrstretch - worse than Battleship?! Holy crap!
potofgold writes:

the movie was awful. universal was smart though in lowbrowing their expectations.
Bullit writes:

@Mink: the same guy that gave a 7/10 for Pirannha 3D?!

In reality, Prometheus is still a solid 8/10.

The only cool things about this movie were the monsters and midgets.

Speaking of W. A. Mozart, did you know that GĂ©rard Depardieu (lovely name btw which means by God) suffered from persistent stuttering in his young age and he went to see an orthodox orthophonist who treated him with...Mozart music, probably with the Adagio movements.

It has also been proven that Mozart music is a genuine tool to relief you from stress.

There you go,
minkowski writes:

Pornography is a genuine tool to relieve me of stress, and the only woodwind I need is my skin flute.

Sorry.

Well Mink, For the French, ejaculation is synonym to little death...

If that was true, I would have died long ago between the loveliest breasts of my other half!
