Will MODOK Appear in "Iron Man 3"?

Will MODOK Appear in "Iron Man 3"?Submit Comment
Even though "Iron Man 3" just started filming, we already heard that the Mandarin and Iron Patriot will appear in the movie. This is Marvel's attempt to reveal more of the Marvel Universe in the films in order to set up future stories and to give lesser-known characters an introduction.

Today we have a photo from the set of the third "Iron Man" film, showing a logo of the terrorist organization AIM (Advanced Idea Mechanics). In the comics, AIM is a group of brilliant scientists dedicated to acquiring power and overthrowing the government through technology. The organization was created during World War II as a scientific research division of Hydra. Nick Fury of SHIELD eventually exposed the organization.

AIM also created MODOK (Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing), an artificially mutated human being with an enormous head and a stunted body possessing superhuman intelligence and the ability to generate mental energy bolts and forcefields.

MODOK has the same hairline as Doctor Octopus. Maybe Alfred Molina can play MODOK or at least the role of his enormous head.

MODOK will be busy helping Hannibal, Face, and B.A.

Is being cynical and talking sh*t about every topic the running joke here? Or is everyone here just hate everything?

Muchas gracias

Wow, great way to invent 'news', WP.

Tomorrow's article: will the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles appear in Avengers 2 because some forgotten inker worked for both Mirage and Marvel?

Yeah but MODOK is Captain America's nemesis, isn't he is?

If he is then why might Marvel put MODOK in Iron Man 3.

I just hope there isn't much easter eggs about The Avengers 2 in Iron Man 3 or this movie ended up like Iron Man 2.

Iron Man 2 was a good sequel but the easter eggs was too much.

Once again you can't take this seriously, they are more like speculation. Don't expect too many villIains in this one, because definitely it will become the shadow of Spiderman 3!!!!!

It's now scientifically proven: reading WP news and/or the subsequent comments lowers cognitive capabilities.

MODOK is one of those villains that are so lame, it makes it hard to take Marvel seriously sometimes.

@ Mink - "It's now scientifically proven: reading WP news and/or the subsequent comments lowers cognitive capabilities."

I agree with you there as you're the site's number one reader/commenter, and you appear to have the lowest cognitive capability I've ever seen.

Superheros really seem hardup to find more vilans for theyre movies so ill help em out. My character idea's name is "The sh*t". Due to a traumatic injury by terrorists in the antartic circle his normal bowel functions are no longer possible leaving his body to deteriorate and die unless all sh*t is removed from the body as its formed. This evil genius has devised a highly technologicly advanced system of tubes and electronics combined with induction airflow systems to immediately evacuate his intenstines directly into a hight powered feces excellerator weapon. In a matter of .55 of a second feces can be accellerated up to a distance of 1.5 miles onto iron mans face with pinpoint accuracy unparalleled in our modern time. He along with his army of nigerian monkeys have taken contorl of new york with a strong economic plan and fecal responsibility. Come spring of 2013, sh*t WILL hit the fan.

And with your unimaginative, bland retort, you only prove precisely my point.

@Kurskij: I left you a reply on the 'Nolan Ruins Bond' thread.

And WV-FILMS: stop laughing, you pretentious c*nt, and go make some 'movies', per your arrogant moniker, which now segues into my turn at the wheel of laughter: LOL!

Wouldn't it be cool if they used this as a vessel to introduce Deadpool to the universe? It's been far too long with no Deadpool movie, and no, that Weapon X crap at the end of Wolverine don't count. (IMHO)
