Plot: A story about a happily married couple, Cindy (Garner) and Jim Green (Edgerton), who can't wait to start a family but can only dream about what their child would be like. When young Timothy (CJ Adams) shows up on their doorstep one stormy night, Cindy and Jim - and their small town of Stanleyville - learn that sometimes the unexpected can bring some of life's greatest gifts.
The new movie is written and directed by Peter Hedges (Dan in Real Life) and is set to hit theaters on August 15th.

This film is utterly stupid! A talented screenwriter is a species on a brink of extinction if you ask me.
I've never seen so many sh*t on films for the last ten years now.
Seth Rogen said on Letterman that most of his writings are being written when he was smoking pot. My guess is that some of those screenwriter should try that method. I men really!
So this kid pops up from the ground covered in mud and the couple just adopts him like its no big f*cking deal? And no one asks "where the f*ck did you come from"? No cops, no media? Puhlease. Those two *ssholes would have sold the story rights to MSNBC and CNN and Paramount and had the kid shipped off to some lab to be studied.
