New Arrested Development Episodes are Only for US Netflix SubscribersSubmit Comment
"Arrested Development" fans were happy to learn that Netflix decided to pick up the show and develop ten new episodes that are set for streaming-only in 2013. Unfortunately, only US subscribers will be able to watch.

Steve Swasey, vice-president of Corporate Communications at Netflix, told National Post that "the return of 'Arrested Development' exclusively on Netflix will be in the US only." Those living outside the US will have to wait for the eventual DVD.

Swasey also confirmed that all ten new episodes will appear on Netflix on the same day and that the entire original cast will return. Production is set to begin this summer.

As long as I can see it on DVD or watch it online I'm fine SO f*ckING EXCITED that they're finally doing it... now it just has to live up to the high standards of the last 3 seasons and not disappoint the fans.

I always wonder why they are doing that. if you make others wait, you aren't gaining anything from it, you just lose money. because they won't wait.

as soon as it's online it's going to be on youtube. not that I'm complaining.
