Sony Pictures Animation unveiled a new teaser trailer for Adam Sandler's animated "Hotel Transylvania," that has a voice cast comprised of Kevin James, Fran Drescher, David Spade, Steve Buscemi, Molly Shannon, Selena Gomez, Cee Lo Green and Andy Samberg. Check out the trailer below.
Plot: The monsters assemble at Dracula's (Sandler) human-free resort, Hotel Transylvania, for the coming-of-age birthday of his daughter Mavis (Selena Gomez), who is turning 118. In the vampire world, that signals the time to break out from the sanctuary. But everything changes when backpacker Johnny (Andy Samberg) discovers the place and falls for Mavis. Dracula disguises Johnny as just another partying monster, called Johnnystein, and then tries to sneak him out to avoid alarming the guests.
"Hotel Transylvania" is directed by Genndy Tartakovsky ("Dexter's Laboratory," "Star Wars: Clone Wars") and is set to hit theaters on September 28th.
I might take a beating for this...but I'd rather sit through this than Brave.

I think Brave will surprise you, because PIXAR does two things right: story, and visuals. And I don't think Hotel will have either of those. But to each his own.

Anyone else annoyed by Sandler's voice? I actually don't mind the animation so much, but his very presence in this movie makes all hope drop considerably. I hear his curdling tone of buffoonery as an alarm of failure. That sh*t should've dropped after Little Nicky.
PIXAR usually does surprise me. I was not all that interested in seeing Up, and when I finally did, I remember how stupid I felt for not seeing it earlier. Brave will probably end up being the better film, but the ad campaign is lacking and making the feature resemble a Dreamworks animated film.
