"Project X" Sequel in the Works

Posted: March 7th, 2012 by WorstPreviews.com Staff
"Project X" Sequel in the WorksSubmit Comment
"Project X" recently hit theaters, grossing over $20 million during its opening weekend, likely on a budget that's a fraction of that. And while critics flooded the internet with negative reviews, Warner Bros is now developing a sequel.

Michael Bacall, who wrote the story for the first movie and co-wrote the screenplay with Matt Drake, is writing a treatment for the sequel. It's still very early and there's no word whether the actors would return.

"Project X" revolves around three losers, played by Thomas Mann, Oliver Cooper and Jonathan Brown, who throw a party in a bid to boost their profiles. It quickly gets out of hand, resulting in unchecked debauchery, a suburban neighborhood under fire and a showdown with the police.

Dont film the sequel at minkowskis house youll end up making a snuff film and an incest family orgy tape. with big portraits of Marquis de sade Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold and Richard Ramirez. Mink might even be BTK or even the infamous Zodiac!

Probably the dumbest, heartless, and most pointless movie I have ever seen.

Yeah, but you went and saw THAT piece of sh*t - and not "John Carter".

Bravo. :(

Can we single out the idiots who watched the first and the ones who will see the second one and take them all out? Do we really need dumb ass people populating the earth, let alone repopulate it?

"there's no word whether the actors will return."

WTF?! They're unknowns, of course they'll be back!! What else are they gonna do? Pass up another party movie?

I haven't watched Project X but I don't care what about the negative reviews becuase it is a teenage movie, not a middle age Oscar worthy movie.

I am also not sure about a sequel because do fans want one?

"Mink might even be BTK or even the infamous Zodiac!"

BTK was caught (Dennis Rader), and the Zodiac is in his seventies, if he's even still alive.

You're an idiot.
